Aviation News – Airbus has narrowly exceeded its annual aircraft delivery target, handing over 793 planes in the 2025 calendar year after an intense end-of-year production effort, underscoring the manufacturer’s resilience amid ongoing supply chain pressures.

The European planemaker had set a goal of around 790 deliveries for 2025 and, according to Bloomberg, worked intensively through the final days of December to surpass that threshold. The achievement highlights Airbus’ ability to stabilize output following years of disruption affecting the global aerospace industry.

Deliveries represent the final step in aircraft production, when completed jets are formally transferred to airline customers. Each handover is critical for Airbus’ revenue, cash flow, and customer planning, making end-of-year delivery performance a key metric closely watched by airlines, lessors, and investors.
