Aviation News – Aergo Capital has sold two Airbus A320-232 aircraft to ORIX Aviation, completing a transaction involving assets currently leased to Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling. The deal highlights continued demand for in-service narrowbody aircraft amid a tight global leasing market.
The aircraft, with manufacturer serial numbers 6535 and 6594, were sold on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance I Limited 2019-1. Both jets remain on lease to Vueling, ensuring uninterrupted operations and stable cash flow for the new owner while marking another portfolio reshaping move by Aergo Capital.
Operationally, the Airbus A320-232 remains a backbone of short-haul fleets across Europe, valued for fuel efficiency, reliability, and flexible deployment. With active leases in place, the transaction allows ORIX Aviation to bolt predictable revenue streams onto its portfolio while avoiding near-term placement risk.
