Aviation News – Singapore Airlines will increase its Singapore-Amsterdam flight schedule to 10 weekly services from August 1 through October 22, 2026, responding to growing passenger demand between the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. The move strengthens connectivity on one of the carrier’s key long-haul routes.
The airline currently operates daily flights between Singapore Singapore and Amsterdam Amsterdam and will add three extra weekly services during the peak late-summer and autumn travel period. The capacity increase reflects sustained recovery and continued growth in intercontinental travel demand, particularly on premium long-haul routes linking Southeast Asia with major European hubs. The additional services will be operated using the Airbus A350-900, specifically designed for long-haul operations with enhanced fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. The aircraft offers lower emissions per seat compared with older-generation widebody jets, allowing the airline to expand capacity while supporting its broader sustainability goals. Operationally, the added flights will provide travelers with more flexibility and improve cargo capacity between both regions.
