Aviation News – FlyOne has signed an order for two Airbus A321neo aircraft during the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Armenia. The agreement marks the airline’s first direct order for brand-new aircraft from Airbus, highlighting the carrier’s long-term growth ambitions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Founded in Moldova in September 2015, FlyOne has expanded rapidly in recent years with subsidiaries in Armenia, Romania and Uzbekistan. The latest order represents a significant milestone for the airline, which until now mainly operated leased aircraft. Airbus has not yet disclosed a delivery schedule for the two jets.
