Aviation News – Dassault Aviation increased aircraft deliveries in 2025, handing over more Rafale fighter jets and Falcon business aircraft, underlining steady global demand. The performance matters as defense and business aviation markets continue to rely on long-term backlog strength amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty.

In 2025, Dassault delivered 26 Rafale aircraft, including 15 for export customers and 11 for France, compared with 21 deliveries in 2024. Falcon deliveries also rose to 37 aircraft, up from 31 the previous year. Orders showed mixed dynamics: 26 export Rafale were ordered in 2025 versus 30 in 2024, while Falcon orders increased to 31 from 26 a year earlier. As of December 31, 2025, the company’s backlog stood at 220 Rafale and 73 Falcon jets, broadly stable year on year.

The Rafale remains a multi-role combat aircraft designed for air superiority, strike, and reconnaissance missions, while the Falcon range serves the long-range business aviation market. Stable deliveries and a solid backlog act as a bolt securing Dassault’s production planning, ensuring continuity across its industrial supply chain and workforce.

“Maintaining a balanced backlog while increasing deliveries reflects the confidence of our customers and the robustness of our industrial system,” a Dassault Aviation spokesperson said, highlighting the importance of sustained production tempo.

Looking ahead, Dassault expects continued interest in both the Rafale and Falcon families, supported by modernization needs and fleet renewal programs worldwide. The company’s focus remains on meeting delivery commitments while securing new export contracts.
