European Rotors 2025 – Bell Textron has announced that Germany’s Heli Transair will acquire three additional Bell 505 helicopters, a move that strengthens the operator’s training and commercial capabilities as demand for light utility aircraft rises.
The agreement was finalized during European Rotors 2025. Supported by Bell’s regional dealer, Rheinland Air Service, the purchase brings Heli Transair’s Bell 505 fleet to five aircraft. The company, known for its flight training and charter services, has been steadily expanding its operations to meet growing customer needs.
The Bell 505 is a light single-engine helicopter designed for efficiency, versatility and low operating costs. Its advanced avionics suite, useful load capacity and reliability make it well-suited for pilot training, aerial work and short-haul transport.
