Aviation News – Aergo Capital has completed the acquisition of an Airbus A321-200 from BBAM, marking the final transaction in a four-aircraft portfolio deal. The aircraft, identified as MSN 6685, is currently on lease to LATAM Airlines, strengthening Aergo’s growing aviation asset portfolio.

The acquisition highlights Aergo Capital’s continued expansion in the commercial aircraft leasing market. The deal with BBAM, one of the world’s leading aircraft lessors, concludes a previously agreed four-aircraft portfolio transaction. The Airbus A321-200, a widely used narrowbody aircraft, remains an important asset in global airline fleets due to strong passenger demand and operational flexibility.

The A321-200 is designed for short- and medium-haul routes, offering airlines an efficient balance between capacity and fuel performance. For LATAM Airlines, the aircraft supports ongoing network operations across key regional and international routes, while for Aergo, it adds a stable, income-generating asset through an existing lease agreement.
