The acquisition finalizes a strategic purchase agreement originally signed in December 2025 at BUA Group’s corporate offices in Dubai. This landmark transaction marks the third Bombardier aircraft delivered to the Nigerian firm, which operates massive commercial portfolios spanning cement manufacturing, food processing, oil and gas, real estate, and ports management.
By integrating this high-performance corporate flagship into its existing corporate fleet, BUA Group secures unprecedented international reach for its leadership team. The aircraft will operate directly out of its primary base in Lagos, allowing executives to bypass traditional flight hubs and streamline travel to critical global markets.
