Aviation News – ACIA Aero Leasing has finalized a strategic financing agreement with volofin Capital Management to support the growth of its regional turboprop fleet. This transaction focuses on the refinancing of four ATR72-600 aircraft, strengthening the lessor’s capital structure for upcoming market opportunities.
The deal initially covers the refinancing of two aircraft currently operated by Emerald Airlines, the Irish regional carrier. Included in the agreement is a specialized accordion facility, which provides ACIA with the financial flexibility to fund additional aircraft acquisitions in the near future. This partnership marks a significant collaboration between the specialist lessor and the aviation lender.
