Aviation News – Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has successfully delivered two Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft to WestJet, marking the completion of a strategic sale-and-leaseback transaction between the aircraft asset manager and the Canadian carrier.
The transaction, finalized this week in Seattle, adds two modern, fuel-efficient narrowbody jets to WestJet’s operational fleet. This delivery reinforces the long-standing partnership between ACG and the airline as WestJet continues to execute its fleet expansion and network growth strategy, coinciding with the airline’s 30th anniversary year.
