Aviation News – A Mexican-registered Hawker 800XP business jet crashed near Bath Township, Michigan, on Thursday evening, killing all three people on board. The accident caused significant disruption and a full road closure in the area.
The twin-engine aircraft, identified as XA-JMR of Aereo Lineas del Centro SA, went down around 5 p.m. local time on Clark Road in Clinton County, between Peacock and Upton Roads, according to Michigan State Police. Authorities confirmed that the plane was completely destroyed upon impact. Emergency crews responded immediately, but no survivors were found among the three occupants. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
