Calgary, Alberta – September 4, 2025 – De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited announced the sale of an OEM refurbished Dash 8-400 to aircraft lessor TrueNoord. The aircraft will be leased to Nexus Airlines, a growing regional carrier in Australia.

The aircraft was refurbished at De Havilland Canada’s Calgary facilities, combining the performance of a new aircraft with upgrades to meet customer needs.
TrueNoord Sales Director Asia Pacific, Carst Lindeboom, highlighted the program’s value, noting its reliability and versatility. Nexus Airlines Managing Director, Michael McConachy, said the acquisition supports the airline’s goal of providing dependable air services across Western Australia.
