Aviation News – Gulfstream Aerospace has introduced the all-new Gulfstream G300, a super-midsize business jet designed to blend long-range performance with advanced cabin comfort, marking a major step in the company’s next-generation fleet.
Selected to replace the G280, the G300 was announced as Gulfstream’s latest addition to its lineup of innovative aircraft. The jet offers trans-Atlantic reach, short-field agility, and introduces new cockpit technology through the Harmony Flight Deck. The announcement highlights Gulfstream’s commitment to balancing operational efficiency with passenger experience.
The G300 can fly 3,600 nautical miles (6,667 kilometers) at Mach 0.80, or 3,000 nautical miles (5,556 kilometers) at Mach 0.84, with a maximum cruise altitude of 45,000 feet. Its cabin—featuring 10 panoramic oval windows, 100% fresh air, and the lowest cabin altitude in its class—accommodates up to 10 passengers across two living areas, setting a new standard for comfort and connectivity.
“The Gulfstream G300 delivers the range, efficiency, and passenger experience our customers demand, all in a class-leading super-midsize package,” said a Gulfstream spokesperson. “From the cockpit to the cabin, it represents the next step in aviation innovation.”
Industry analysts say the G300 strengthens Gulfstream’s position in the super-midsize market, providing operators with a modern replacement for the G280. With its advanced avionics and cabin comfort features, the jet is expected to appeal to corporate clients and private owners seeking global capability without sacrificing efficiency.
Gulfstream’s new jet underscores the company’s ongoing strategy of technological innovation. By introducing the G300, Gulfstream reinforces its leadership in performance, safety, and comfort—a move likely to influence future demand in the business aviation sector.
