Aviation News – Jetstream Aviation Capital has delivered a Saab 340B passenger aircraft to Aerolíneas Sosa in Honduras, strengthening the carrier’s regional fleet and supporting connectivity from La Ceiba.
The aircraft, registered as MSN 340B-334, was delivered on December 23 and represents the third aircraft under a multi-aircraft Saab 340B commitment between Jetstream Aviation Capital and Aerolíneas Sosa, highlighting continued investment in proven regional turboprops for Central America.
The Saab 340B is a twin-engine turboprop designed for short- to medium-haul routes, offering efficient performance on regional sectors and the ability to operate from smaller airports, making it well suited to Honduras’ domestic and near-regional network.
