Air Legends 2025 drew thousands of visitors to Melun Villaroche this year, where the public enjoyed not only spectacular flying displays but also a wide range of activities on the ground.

During the event, visitors were granted morning access to the aircraft parking area, allowing them to admire the machines up close and meet their crews. The historic atmosphere was enhanced by re-enactors in period uniforms and the stirring music of the 91st Gatinais Highlanders Scottish pipe band.

There was the chance to fly in a vintage aircraft with the Aéro Vintage Academy. This unique experience allowed enthusiasts to see the show from the sky, adding an unforgettable perspective to the event.

“Air Legends proves that aviation history is very much alive,” said an event spokesperson. “The combination of flying displays, crew interactions, and immersive activities made this year’s edition truly memorable.”

The successful 2025 edition once again confirmed the growing appeal of heritage aviation events in France. Organizers are already looking ahead to the next show, promising an even stronger focus on connecting history, culture, and the thrill of flight.

Air Legends 2025 showed that an airshow can be much more than aerial displays alone: it was a full experience blending history, music, and adventure.
