Embraer Defense & Security is set to showcase its diverse portfolio of products and innovative solutions for the defense and security markets at IDEX in Abu Dhabi from February 20 to 24. The company will be situated at booth 08-B08 for the duration of the event.

Embraer’s Defense & Security solutions and products, which are currently being utilized in over 60 countries, comprise the C-390 Millennium multi-mission transport aircraft, the A-29 Super Tucano light attack and training aircraft, as well as wider solutions for air, land, sea, space and cyber domains.
The C-390 aircraft, which has been in service with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) since 2019, has demonstrated outstanding capability, reliability, and performance across a range of missions. FAB’s fleet of five aircraft, all refueling versions, have accumulated more than 7,500 flying hours, with a mission completion rate of 99%, showing exceptional productivity in its category. Embraer has received orders for the C-390 Millennium from NATO member nations Portugal and Hungary, and it was also chosen by NATO nation, the Netherlands, in 2022.
The A-29 aircraft is rugged and versatile, capable of performing a wide range of missions, including light attack, surveillance, aerial interception, and counterinsurgency. The aircraft has been chosen by over 15 air forces worldwide, including the United States Air Force (USAF).
In addition to these aircraft, Embraer has also been responsible for the implementation of the Brazilian Army’s Integrated Border Monitoring System (SISFRON), one of the world’s largest border surveillance projects. The company will also showcase area radars and terrestrial systems, which provide equipment such as the SABER M60, a specific radar for low-altitude surveillance and air defense, and the SABER M200 VIGILANTE, a radar for early warning air surveillance.
