Aviation News – High Ridge Aviation has acquired two Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft from ICBC Aviation Leasing, finalizing its first transaction with the lessor while keeping both jets operating under Aerolíneas Argentinas.
The aircraft, identified as MSNs 43917 and 43918, remain on lease to the national airline of Argentina. The acquisition marks a milestone for High Ridge Aviation as it expands its portfolio through a strategic agreement with ICBC, one of the world’s major aviation leasing companies.
The Boeing 737 MAX 8 offers enhanced fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and improved range compared with earlier models. Retaining the aircraft with Aerolíneas Argentinas ensures continuity for the carrier’s narrowbody operations and supports its efforts to modernize its fleet.
