Aviation News – Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has officially established its first dedicated on-site customer support office in Singapore to enhance its service capabilities across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This strategic expansion aims to provide regional aircraft operators with immediate, direct access to the company’s technical expertise and maintenance resources.
The new facility operates in partnership with Jet Aviation at their existing Singapore site. This collaboration allows the business jet manufacturer to anchor its presence in a crucial regional hub, ensuring that clients receive specialized assistance while their aircraft are operating in or passing through the area.
The Singapore office features a dedicated team of eight Gulfstream professionals. The specialized staff includes customer technical managers (CTMs), materials and quality team members, a field service representative (FSR), and a regional sales manager (RSM). This team works exclusively to streamline communication, manage parts logistics, and maintain strict quality control standards.
By placing factory-trained personnel directly on the ground, the company significantly reduces maintenance response times and minimizes aircraft downtime. The local team provides immediate technical troubleshooting and coordinates logistics, ensuring a high-touch service experience that mirrors the manufacturer’s global standards.
