Bayraktar KIZILELMA, Türkiye’s first indigenously developed unmanned fighter aircraft, has successfully completed its first live-fire test, marking a major step forward in the nation’s defense technology development. The aircraft precisely struck targets using TOLUN and TEBER-82 munitions during the test on 8 October 2025.
The cutting-edge combat drone, developed entirely by Baykar with domestic resources, represents a key milestone in Türkiye’s efforts to achieve defense independence. The KIZILELMA program, which has been under active testing since its maiden flight, continues to progress according to schedule as part of a broader strategy to strengthen the country’s unmanned aerial capabilities.
Equipped with advanced avionics, stealth design features, and a high payload capacity, Bayraktar KIZILELMA can conduct both air-to-air and air-to-ground missions autonomously.
