Aviation News – July 1, 2025 – Textron Aviation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has announced that the Gogo Galileo HDX in-flight connectivity system will soon be available for aftermarket installation on a wide range of Cessna Citation jets. The FAA Supplemental Type Certification (STC) is expected by late 2025, paving the way for installation across Textron’s global customer base.
Designed specifically for business aviation, Gogo Galileo HDX is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite solution that provides reliable high-speed internet, enabling seamless global connectivity during flight. Once certified, installations will begin at domestic Textron Aviation Service Centers, with EASA and TCCA certifications to follow.
The system is built for easy installation and minimal downtime, using just two Line Replaceable Units (LRUs): a fuselage-mounted HDX antenna and an AVANCE technology router.

Once certified, Gogo Galileo HDX will be available on a broad lineup of Cessna Citation models, including:

- CJ4 Gen2, CJ4
- CJ3+, CJ3
- CJ2+, CJ2
- M2 Gen2, M2
- CJ1+, CJ1
