Patrouille Suisse is the official aerobatic team of the Swiss Armed Forces. As an ambassador for Switzerland and the Swiss Air Force, the Patrouille Suisse has been making the hearts of audiences at home and abroad beat faster for 60 years. With its demonstrations, flown in six supersonic fighter aircraft, the Patrouille Suisse showcases the performance, precision and operational readiness of the Swiss Armed Forces.

Patrouille Suisse has been flying the F-5E Tiger since 1995. Unlike many other demonstration teams, Patrouille Suisse uses a fighter aircraft that is actively deployed in the Swiss Air Force, thus demonstrating the operational readiness and skills of the pilots.

The pilots of Patrouille Suisse originally come from one of the F/A-18 Hornet front squadrons. They carry out their duties as display pilots as a secondary activity to their contribution to maintaining air sovereignty and ensuring the air police service over Switzerland.
