B-1B Lancers Re-Deploy to Indo-Pacific for Bomber Task Force Missions

The B-1B Lancers have returned to the Indo-Pacific to carry out Bomber Task Force (BTF) missions, showcasing their ability to swiftly deploy anywhere and provide powerful global strike options.

The 34th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron (EBS) Director of Operations, Lt. Col. Jeffrey Carter, expressed excitement to be back in the region working with allies to maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific.

The Lancers will continue to collaborate and train with international partners through various exercises and operations in the area. The BTF missions align with the National Defense Strategy’s aim of integrated deterrence and strengthening strategic advantages.

Maj. Abraham Moreland, the 34th EBS Assistant Director of Operations, stated that the relationships formed with allies in the region are crucial for Indo-Pacific security and provide aircrews with essential training and experience.
