France-based TWIN JET has renewed Rockwell Collins’ Corporate Aircraft Service Program (CASP) for its fleet of 12 Beechcraft 1900D aircraft for the next three years.
“We are proud of our ability to provide TWIN JET with support that has resulted in improved aircraft availability while ensuring operational savings, and we look forward to continuing to meet their needs going forward,” said Thierry Tosi, vice president and general manager, Service Solutions for Rockwell Collins. “Rockwell Collins owns one of the largest asset pools for standard exchange and forward-deployed equipment, which is available on a priority basis to our customers.”
Rockwell Collins’ CASP, which has an industry-leading 90 percent contract renewal rate, maximizes aircraft availability through comprehensive and highly responsive 24/7 global customer service and support. Quick access to spares and expert staff keep aircraft downtime to a minimum. In addition, CASP provides operators with fixed, predictable maintenance costs, thus eliminating expenses that can be associated with unexpected repairs.
“CASP has given us a simple way to cover all the Rockwell Collins avionics on board our aircraft,” said Olivier Dubois, airworthiness manager at TWIN JET. “We value the superior customer support, budget predictability and consistent aircraft availability that comes with the program.”
