At the 10th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China 2014), Embraer will promote its commercial and executive aviation product portfolio, with the debut of the E-Jets E2 cabin mockup and static display of the ultra-large Lineage 1000, large Legacy 650 and light Phenom 300 executive jets, from November 11 to 16, in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.
“It’s expected that the coming one or two decades will see the golden development of China’s commercial aviation market, fostered by its economy, which will maintain a fast growth trajectory.” said Guan Dongyuan, Senior Vice President of Embraer and President of Embraer in China, “Over the past 14 years of Embraer’s corporate presence in this market, we have been making great efforts to offer innovative and continuously improved products and solutions in the industry. Looking forward, we will continue to honor our commitments.”
On November 11, at 1:00 pm, the Company will host an unveiling ceremony to celebrate the E2 mockup’s debut in China, at the Embraer Booth (B3-1, Exhibition Hall 1).
A press conference covering Embraer’s commercial and executive aviation program achievements and market forecast is scheduled for November 12, at 9:30 am, in Press Room #210.
Since the first aircraft delivery to this market in 2001, Embraer has booked 216 firm orders and 15 options from Chinese customers, to date, including commercial and executive jets, out of which, 150 aircraft have already been delivered.
