Paris, France, May 29th, 2012 – Embraer will hold its Executive Operators Conference (EEOC) 2012 for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) customers here May 29-31. The eighth edition of the event will cover the latest technical, maintenance and flight operations updates on the Legacy 600 and 650 and the Phenom 100 and 300 family. This conference will be the second of seven worldwide Operators’ Conferences that Embraer Executive Jets will host during 2012.
“Holding this event reinforces Embraer’s commitment to support its growing fleet of executive jets in the region. It is also a unique opportunity to share experiences and valuable information with our operators, suppliers and service providers, as well as enhancing customer relations,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Vice President, Customer Support & Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa – Executive Jets. “The event enables owners, operators, service centres and supplier representatives from the industry to team with Embraer to further improve day-to-day aircraft operations.”
The first day of the Paris EEOC will focus on the work of the Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) Service Centre network in order to strengthen relationships and the processes to better support Embraer customers in the region. The second day will be devoted to Legacy 600 and Legacy 650 operations and the third day will centre on the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300. The scope takes in recent technical updates, maintenance, logistics and flight operations of these jets. During the technical workshops and panel sessions, all participants will have an opportunity to discuss practical issues regarding the operation of the aircraft.
Embraer has a global network of over 60 owned and authorized service centres dedicated to its executive jets worldwide. This network is complemented by the company’s 24/7 Customer Contact Centre at its São José dos Campos headquarters in Brazil, providing assistance to Embraer Executive Jet customers anywhere in the world, anytime of the day.
