After several high-profile setbacks, Boeing Co.’s 787 program got some good news from Japan, where All Nippon Airways Co. said it will buy five more of the high-tech planes. Japan’s second-largest carrier plans to sell about $1.9 billion in new shares to bulk up its balance sheet and buy the additional aircraft, which have a list price of about $800 million.
