The readers of Professional Pilot magazine ranked Pilatus as the best customer service provider for business turboprop aircraft for 12 years in a row.
In the 2013 Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey of business aircraft operators, conducted annually by Professional Pilot magazine, Pilatus earned the top ranking in the turboprop division for the 12th year in a row. Pilatus showed the most improvement in overall score for the 2013 survey, receiving higher marks in every category.
In addition, Aviation International News magazine reported a significant jump in the overall score for Pilatus, which retained its top honors in the annual Product Support Survey, Newer Turboprops category.
The annual surveys ask participants to rate their experience based on company response time, spares availability, cost of parts, speed of AOG service, technical manuals, technical representatives and service satisfaction.

Wolak also mentioned the partnership between Pilatus and their worldwide network of service centers, “the relationship we have with our service centers is unique and crucial to the success of our company. We approach our service centers as an extension of Pilatus which creates a reliable partnership for our customers”.
