Belgian artist René Magritte is honoured with special Brussels Airlines A320 livery

Brussels Airlines has unveiled its second A320 with a special livery inspired by famous Belgians. This aircraft is dedicated to surrealist artist René Magritte, and its exterior incorporates elements from two of his most famous paintings: La Clairvoyance and Le Retour. The A320’s interior also has undergone a surrealist makeover – featuring a flock of cloud-filled birds from Le Retour, along with the work La Belle-Société, which includes Magritte’s iconic man in a bowler hat. The A320 was designed by Brussels Airlines marketing team members in conjunction with the Fondation Magritte, and it follows last year’s unveiling of an A320 depicting well-known Belgian comic book character Tintin.
