19 dead in Nepal plane crash

A Dornier 228 9N-AHA of Sita Air  struck an Eagle and crashed shortly after takeoff from the Nepali capital of Kathmandu, killing 19, including 4 Chinese nationals, 1 Chinese American.
The Dornier 228 took off at 6:15 am this morning and within a few minutes the flight all of sudden fell down to the ground. The weather was clear at the time and the cause of the crash was not immediately known. The Sita Air was on its way for mountain flight to Lukla from the Kathmandu.
The crew members died in the crashes include pilot Bijaya Tandukar, co-pilot Takeshi Thapa and air hostess Ruja Shakya.
