Eagles Airlines signs FLYFokker ‘Take Off’ contract including ABACUS

Eagles Airlines, the recently founded new airline based at Marco Polo Airport in Venice, Italy and Fokker Services today signed a FLYFokker Take Off contract including ABACUS.

Eagles Airlines, the recently founded new airline based at Marco Polo Airport in Venice, Italy and Fokker Services today signed a FLYFokker Take Off contract including ABACUS. The Take Off solution enables operators starting with Fokker aircraft to be fully operational rapidly while receiving nose to tail support.
The ABACUS contract covers exchange and repair services as well as presence of local on site leased stock at the Eagles Airlines home base in Venice.

Currently operating two Fokker 100 aircraft, Eagles Airlines has the intention to grow its Fokker fleet to five Fokker 100 aircraft by the end of 2011. “We are very pleased that Eagles Airlines has chosen for the Fokker product and Fokker Services as their full support provider. Furthermore, with Eagles Airlines the Fokker 100 operation has returned to Italy”, says Erik Goedhart, VP Marketing & Sales Fokker Services.
