What led us to become the fastest-growing pilot training centre in the Eastern Europe was not only the number of the new type rating programs or even the office in Moscow. In addition to that we have been putting a strong emphasis on the customer services. Leisure time in the aviation museum, complete support of visa services or taking care of a paper-cut in the finger – we want to provide our customers not only the high quality trainings, but also a great experience. Last month customer service survey shows our clients give us 9.7 out of 10, with the latest comment being “It feels like home here at BAA”. The sky is the limit to our plans for customer services”,- commented Chief executive officer of the Baltic Aviation Academy aviation training centre Egle Vaitkeviciute.
