Israeli Aeronautics Got $22 Million Mexico Deal

Israel’s Aeronautics said, that it has struck a $22 million deal to deliver air surveillance equipment to Mexico’s national police force, according to news.morningstar.com.

Aeronautics will deliver its Skystar 300, a tethered surveillance balloon, as well as its Orbiter mini UAV, a low-altitude surveillance drone. The systems could be deployed in the battle against drug cartels. Israel is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of aerial and electronic surveillance.
