Bombardier Aerospace, leading business jet manufacturer, today announced that its Learjet 60 XR aircraft will soon embark on its first ever tour of Poland. Presented in conjunction with Polish-based business air carrier Blue Jet, the five-city stop schedule, from May 7 to May 11, calls for private viewings in Wroclaw, Krakow, Warsaw, Poznan and Gdansk, as well as a media viewing during the Warsaw leg.
“This is an exciting tour for Bombardier and Blue Jet,” said Christophe Degoumois, Vice-President, Sales, Russia, C.I.S., Central & Eastern Europe, China, Asia-Pacific and Australia, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “The Learjet 60 XR is a versatile jet offering a spacious cabin with and impressive transcontinental range. It is perfectly suited for the requirements of our customers in Poland,” he added.
In service since July 2007, the Learjet 60 XR aircraft is a proven model of performance, comfort, value and versatility in the midsize jet market segment. It delivers a high cruise speed of Mach 0.81 (863 km/hr), superior climb capabilities, proven fuel efficiency and low direct operating costs per nautical mile*. The jet’s higher operating altitudes – certified to 51,000 ft (15,545 m) – translate to time savings due to better winds, less traffic and less turbulence. The Learjet 60 XR aircraft can fly from Warsaw to Kuwait non-stop with four passengers and two crew*.

Blue Jet delivers the best in class services for Russian and European customers offering a global range of destinations.
